We specialize in intimate gatherings and our packages are best suited for 2-20 guests. The allotted time slots are usually 1.5 hours for 2-4 people and 2 hours for more than 4 people.

We know that Portland and surrounding areas has lots of rain, but also beautiful days of sunshine and breezy weather, an outdoor picnic setup. In that spirit, we recently added a weatherproof popup  (available on a first-come, first-served basis!) to our picnic setup options.

If the forecast predicts rain and you’re scheduled for an outdoor picnic, we can offer a home delivery or six months to reschedule at no additional charge. Picnics with Elegance does not offer refunds.

Each picnic includes a charcuterie board with an assortment of meats, chesses, and fruit. You are more than welcome to bring your own food, but it will not reduce the cost of the package, and you will be responsible for set up.

We do not provide alcohol.  If alcohol is permitted in the area or venue where your picnic is held, we will ask for a small corkage fee of $5 per bottle.

We provide the picnic tables, rugs, pillows/cushions, table décor, place settings, serve ware, glassware, linens, utensils. We set up the entire picnic so everything is ready for you to enjoy your picnic upon your arrival. Additional products can be added for an extra fee to enhance your experience.

Everything will already be set up for you. You will be greeted by your personal hostess. Once you are settled, we will give you privacy to enjoy your experience. If you decide to leave earlier than the reserved time slot, please let us know by calling or texting 30 mins prior so we can ensure that all of the supplies are safe. At the end of your picnic allotted time, we will arrive to start cleaning and packing up and you can leave to enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

In the current times, we want to assure you that we take the health and safety of our clients very serious. We thoroughly clean all items after each event and take every precaution needed.
