How it Works
Pricing and Packages
Our packages start at $250 with accommodations for two, and increase by an additional $30-50 per guest. The prices of our picnic setups vary by day and location, along with the total number of attendees. In addition, custom touches and add-ons are available to enhance your experience and can be found on the second page of our reservation request form. At this time, we can only accommodate up to 20 people per event.
Please note that upon booking, you will be required to place a security deposit to secure your date.

Founder of Portland's First Luxury Picnic company
Kelly thrives on serving others and loves making people feel special. Her background in nonprofit development and event planning is what inspired her to create Picnics with Elegance, a luxury picnic company, in her newfound home of Portland, Oregon.
Event styling and curating thoughtful touches to celebrate friends and family has always brought Kelly joy. Therefore, it’s her greatest desire is to offer intimate events that make her clients feel loved and special.
In honoring our clients, their health, and safety is our first priority. Hosting an event with Picnics with Elegance is a great alternative for a date night, girls day out or other special occasion. Currently, we are offering our services for up to 20 people. However, as social distancing and COVID-19 restrictions loosen, we may increase our offerings.

What is included in a picnic?
We provide the picnic tables, rugs, pillows/cushions, table décor, place settings, serve ware, glassware, linens, utensils. We set up the entire picnic table and surrounding area so everything is ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival. Additional products can be added for an extra fee to enhance your experience.
What if it rains?
We understand Portland and surrounding areas has it’s fair share of rainy days. However, the beautiful days of sunshine and breezy weather totally even that out! In that spirit, we recently added a weatherproof popup (available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis!) to our picnic setup options.
If the forecast predicts rain and you’re scheduled for an outdoor picnic, we can offer a home delivery or six months to reschedule at no additional charge. Picnics with Elegance does not offer refunds.

Coastal Vibes – Shades of blue, coral, and neutral colors

Modern Glam – A mix of black, gold, vibrant colors, and geometric patterns
Rosey Sunset – Shades of plum, magenta, rose gold and traditional gold
Dusty Blue – Shades of blue, neutral tones and blush
Teal Gods – Vibrant teal, purple and black
Rays of Sunshine – Yellow, orange and reds
Earthy Tones – Rustic brown, woody and neutral tones
