What is included in a picnic?
We provide the picnic tables, rugs, pillows/cushions, table décor, place settings, serve ware, glassware, linens, utensils. We set up the entire picnic table and surrounding area so everything is ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival. Additional products can be added for an extra fee to enhance your experience.
What if it rains?
We know that Portland and surrounding areas has lots of rain, but also beautiful days of sunshine and breezy weather, an outdoor picnic setup. In that spirit, we recently added a weatherproof popup (available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis!) to our picnic setup options. If the forecast predicts rain and you’re scheduled for an outdoor picnic, we can offer a home delivery or six months to reschedule at no additional charge. Picnics with Elegance does not offer refunds.

Coastal Vibes – Shades of blue, coral, and neutral colors
Tropical Sunrise – Shades of green, coral, and orange
Modern Glam – A mix of black, gold, vibrant colors, and geometric patterns
Rosey Sunset – Shades of plum, magenta, rose gold and traditional gold
Dusty Blue – Shades of blue, neutral tones and blush

Rays of Sunshine – Yellow, orange and reds
Earthy Tones – Rustic brown, woody and neutral tones

I had the most romantic and well-planned picnic for my wedding anniversary last week. Planning was incredibly easy...Kelly does such an amazing job. The food was excellent...
